Stress
Emotional stress can damage the skin by disrupting the balance of hormones in your body, which in turn slows down the body’s skin rejuvenation function. Your skin is constantly renewing itself, but stress can slow down the process of cell renewal and increase the production of sebum oils, which in turn cause break outs.
